RENTALS and PAYMENTS

You pay a fixed amount according to the type of vehicle you have chosen. This amount is paid monthly.
Prior to collecting your car you will need to pay £150 deposit against the car to ensure the car is retuned in good condition for its year. This amount will be returned in full upon the car being returned without any damage. An arrangement fee of £30 Will also be charged prior to the vehicle being collected.

WHERE TO GO WHEN THE CAR REQUIRES A SERVICE

When the car needs a service or requires warranty work, take it to your nearest main dealer. You must inform us of the dates the service or warranty work will be carried out. We will contact the dealer to authorise the work and payments. You are responsible for ensuring the service book is stamped.

TYRES
If your tyres need replacing caused through general wear, simply take them to an ATS garage. Ask them to contact us prior to fitting any tyres and we will authorise payment . Damaged , punctures or worn tyres caused by neglect are not covered within the contract.

ROAD TAX

If your road tax is due we will post it onto you no later than five days  prior to the month end. It will be delivered by recorded delivery, which must be signed for.

REPLACEMENT CAR

All our cars are covered by a breakdown recovery service. Should your car be off the road for more than 48 hours after the fault has been diagnosed we will provide you with a replacement vehicle. You must inform us once the fault has been diagnosed, so we can leaise with the garage and plan a replacement car if required.

AT  THE END OF THE HIRE PERIOD

At the end of your lease period Victory Driving School Services can offer you  4 options.

1)  order a new car
2)  renew your contract on the same car at a lower fee*
3)  end your contract hire
4)  buy your car or any other car we have available.
