What is Flexi-hire?
Flexi-hire is a flexible hire solution where no fixed term is expected. Instead all you need to give is 28 days notice for returning the vehicle. This notice must be given in writing and sent by recorded post.

All vehicles on our Flexi-Hire fleet are between 6 and 24 months old and still come with the following benefits.

• All routine servicing
  
• 30,000 miles per annum or pro rata.
  
• Road Tax
  
• Breakdown recovery service
  
• Replacement of worn tyres
  
• He-Man dual controls fitted
  
• Fixed cost to allow for budgeting
  
• Your only other expense is fuel & topping up of oils and fluids
  
• Your full monthly rental cost is up to 100% chargeable against your profits for taxation purpose, thus reducing your taxation liability.
  
• If you are VAT registered you can reclaim the VAT portion of your monthly rental.

RENTALS and PAYMENTS

You pay a fixed amount according to the type of vehicle you have chosen. This amount is paid monthly.
Prior to collecting your car you will need to pay £150 deposit against the car to ensure the car is retuned in good condition for its year. This amount will be returned in full upon the car being returned without any damage. An arrangement fee of £35 will also be charged prior to the vehicle being collected.

WHERE TO GO WHEN THE CAR REQUIRES A SERVICE

When the car needs a service or requires warranty work, take it to your nearest main dealer. You must inform us of the dates the service or warranty work will be carried out. We will contact the dealer to authorise the work and payments. You are responsible for ensuring the service book is stamped.
