FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What type of vehicle can I have?
   A: We can offer you Vauxhall Corsa, Vauxhall Astra, Ford Fiesta, Ford Focus, Peugeot 207,Toyota Yaris, Toyota Auris. All makes available in most styles.
   If you require a car that is not on our list, please contact us and we may be able to give you a quotation.
   
   
2. How long is the contract?
   A - We can offer you a range of options.
   Flexi-Hire - only 28 days notice required, prior to returning the car.
   Fixed period of 7,12,18 or 24 months.
   Daily hire
   
   
3. Is there a mileage allowance and what happens if I go?
   A - Each type of hire document has a mileage allowance. If you go over the agreement   mileage a small charge will apply.
   
   
4. Who insures the vehicle?
   A - Normally the hirer will sort the insurance, but we can insure the car if required for an additional fee.
   
   
5. What happens when the lease period is complete?
   A - We can offer you 4 options at the end of the lease period:
   1.  Order a new car
   2.  Renew  your contract on the same car  at a lower fee
   3.  End your contract
   4 . Buy your car or any other car available.
   
   
6. Who do I inform if I am involved in an accident?
   A - You must inform Victory Driving School Services and your insurance company immediately and follow the procedure the insurance company requests.
   
   
7. Am I only allowed to use the car when I am instructing?
   A - No, you may use your car for personal use as well,  subject to the appropriate insurance arrangements being made.
   
   
8. Is my partner /spouse allowed to use the vehicle?
   A - Yes, subject to the appropriate insurance arrangements being made.
   
   
9. Do I have to have a good credit rating to be able to lease a car?
   A - No, we can normally supply a car to you at no extra cost. Please call

10. Is the vehicle delivered to me?
    A - All 12 months or longer contracts are delivered Free of charge to all u.k mainland destinations. Flexi-hire and shorter terms are delivered for a small charge.
    
    
11. Is the vehicle collected from me at the end of the agreement?
    A - If you are having another car from us on a fixed term, the car will be collected free   of charge. Otherwise it is your responsibility to return the car. We can collect the car for a minimal cost.
    
    
12. What costs will I have to pay on a day to day basis?
    A - You will have to pay for fuel and topping up of fluids as well as insurance and any damage sustained to the car.
    
    
13. What is the cheapest car I could hire?
    A -The cheapest car you could hire is a Ford Fiesta or Vauxhall Corsa petrol on a 12/24 month term
